Transfer of remains
When a death occurs at home, in a hospital or elsewhere in General Santos City, our team comes to bring your loved one into our care quickly and respectfully. We also handle the delivery of the remains to your home for the wake and on to the place of interment.

Mortuary care and embalming
Our mortuary care team prepares your loved one with gentleness and dignity. This includes embalming, which preserves the body for the wake, as well as washing, dressing and careful presentation so your family can say goodbye in peace.

Special preparation may involve extra charges in difficult cases, such as accidents or delayed recovery of remains. We will always explain this to you first.
Caskets
Quality caskets for every budget
The casket is often the most visible part of a funeral and one of its biggest costs. We offer dignified choices so every family can find one that fits their loved one and their budget.
- Half-glass media caña casket: our regular casket for Love Your Neighbor members
- Orgoy / stoko casket: the regular casket for plan beneficiaries
- Upgraded caskets: available for families who wish to choose a different design
Our regular casket length is 170 cm. If your loved one needs a larger casket, an upgrade is required. We can issue a casket size certification when needed.

Wake Services General Santos
A dignified home wake, prepared with care
Many families in General Santos prefer to hold the wake (lamay) at home, surrounded by neighbors and relatives. We bring everything needed to make your home a peaceful place of vigil.
Memorial tarpaulin
A printed tarpaulin with your loved one's photo, name and dates, displayed at the wake so visitors can find your home and pay their respects.
Flowers
Fresh floral arrangements to honor your loved one. Additional flower arrangements can be added on request.
Viewing period
Our packages include seven (7) days of funeral service. Each additional day is ₱750 per day.
Interment
Bringing your loved one to their final resting place
On the day of the burial, we coordinate the delivery of your loved one from the wake to the church and cemetery, so your family can focus on the funeral rites and on each other.

The interment fee is paid upon pick-up or delivery and may change due to inflation. Please call us for the current rate.
Funeral assistance paperwork
Government and private burial assistance usually requires documents from the funeral home. We prepare what you need, including:
- Statement of account
- Certification of balance (for DSWD)
- Funeral home certification for SSS claims
- Official receipts and promissory notes
